What if I am not available when my delivery is attempted?

Due to COVID-19, couriers are now making contactless deliveries so will attempt to deliver your parcel if possible. We encourage you to utilise their in-flight options when tracking your parcel should you know you will not be in at the time the order is attempted. You can choose for the delivery to be made another day, to a neighbour or even to be left in a safe place.
